The Personal Legal Plan covers you, as the primary member, and if applicable, your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children and any categorically dependent individuals living in the plan member’s home such as a parent or grandparent.
Upon enrollment, your business becomes a corporate member of the Business Legal Plan. The plan is designated for use by the business only and may not be used by employees of the company or for personal legal matters.
The Identity Theft Plan covers you, your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children and any categorically dependent individuals living in the plan member’s home such as a parent or grandparent. *Identity Theft Insurance and Identity Monitoring coverage are limited only to the primary member.
The Comprehensive Legal Plan covers you, as the primary member, and if applicable, your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children and any categorically dependent individuals living in the plan member’s home such as a parent or grandparent. It also covers you as the business owner.
Once you become a member, you can consult with a lawyer in your area or the area you need assistance with in addition to utilizing all the legal plan benefits.
