Account Update

Change or update your personal account information to avoid benefit coverage interruption

Keep your billing information and payment method up-to-date.  When you change your payment information, it is immediately updated in our system. You can update your payment details online at any time.

Your debit/credit card or checking/savings account on file will automatically be charged every month for the amount of your membership.

Update Your Account Information

Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Click on the red Edit Account Details button.

This will open the Self-Serve Portal.

Enter E-mail Address

2. Enter your e-mail address.

Use the e-mail address you provided when you enrolled.  If you no longer have access to the e-mail address, please contact us to update your account.
One-Time Code

3. Check your e-mail for the six digit one-time passcode.

Check your inbox/spam folder for the six digit security code to log-in to your account.  Please note that the one-time passcode is only valid for 5 minutes.
