Welcome Letter

Within the next three (3) business days, you will receive a Welcome E-mail Letter that will include your Membership # and the link to download the Membership Guidebook.  The Guidebook will contain the toll-free phone number to Member Services and details of your benefits.

You will also receive a summarized version of the Welcome Letter via text message.

Why three (3) business days?

The time frame to process your application may be based on the following:

  • Time needed for your payment to clear
  • Day you joined (e.g. Friday, Saturday)
  • Time of the day you enrolled (e.g. 5:00pm)
  • Enrollment occurred on a holiday
  • Volume of applications received

Billing Statement

“PrepaidPlans.com Member” is the name that will appear on your monthly bank statements.

Cancellation

You can also send a quick e-mail from our contact page.  Your cancellation is effective the day it is received.

A couple other methods are by phone or post mail.  The quickest and easiest is through the Self-Serve Portal or by e-mail.
