Legal services must be provided to prepaid plan members at rates specified in the fee schedule section of our member guidebook. This means you always know what you’ll be paying upfront and there are no unpleasant surprises.
The lawyers must maintain an office for the practice of law and be regularly engaged in practicing law within their state in order to become part of our network.

West Virginia State Bar

The West Virginia State Bar was formed in 1947. It is governed by a 25 member Board of Governors elected from across the State.
The West Virginia State Bar serves approximately 9,000 active and inactive, in-state and out-of-state West Virginia licensed attorney.
The West Virginia State Bar is an agency of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
The organization receives no State funding. Its activities are funded through membership dues, service fees and other self-generated revenue.
