Legal services must be provided to prepaid plan members at rates specified in the fee schedule section of our member guidebook. This means you always know what you’ll be paying upfront and there are no unpleasant surprises.
The lawyers must maintain an office for the practice of law and be regularly engaged in practicing law within their state in order to become part of our network.

State Bar of Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Constitution, adopted in 1848, provides the basic powers and framework of the court system through Article VII.
The State Bar of Wisconsin is a professional association that provides educational, career development and other services to its 25,000 members.
Attorneys who are admitted to practice law by the Wisconsin Supreme Court are required to join the State Bar of Wisconsin as a condition of practicing law in the state.
The first woman lawyer was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1879 and the 150th was admitted in 1943, a 60-year span in Wisconsin history.
