We set a high standard for our network attorneys because we understand that you deserve a maximum level of legal representation.

Our Standards:

Lawyers in our network must maintain $3,000 of aggregate professional liability insurance if required in their state, or the state mandated minimums proved with a certificate.
Our legal plan lawyers are also required to maintain $100,000 per incident liability insurance.
Legal services must be provided to prepaid plan members at rates specified in the fee schedule section of our member guidebook. This means you always know what you’ll be paying upfront and there are no unpleasant surprises.
The lawyers must maintain an office for the practice of law and be regularly engaged in practicing law within their state in order to become part of our network.

Oregon State Bar

The Oregon State Bar (OSB) was established in 1935 by the Oregon Legislative Assembly to license and discipline lawyers, regulate the practice of law and provide a variety of services to bar members and the public.
The mission of the Oregon State Bar is to serve justice and the public interest by promoting respect for the rule of law, by improving the quality of legal services, and by increasing access to justice.
The Oregon State Bar's goal is to protect the public by ensuring competence and integrity and by promoting professionalism in the legal profession.
An eighteen-member volunteer Board of Governors oversees the activities of the OSB. Fourteen board members are lawyers, elected by the membership by geographic region.
