We set a high standard for our network attorneys because we understand that you deserve a maximum level of legal representation.

Our Standards:

Lawyers in our network must maintain $3,000 of aggregate professional liability insurance if required in their state, or the state mandated minimums proved with a certificate.
Our legal plan lawyers are also required to maintain $100,000 per incident liability insurance.
Legal services must be provided to prepaid plan members at rates specified in the fee schedule section of our member guidebook. This means you always know what you’ll be paying upfront and there are no unpleasant surprises.
The lawyers must maintain an office for the practice of law and be regularly engaged in practicing law within their state in order to become part of our network.

Wyoming State Bar

The Wyoming State Bar is the state of Wyoming’s integrated bar association, first organized in 1915 as a voluntary association and integrated by the state legislature in 1939.
The mission of the Wyoming State Bar is to regulate the practice of law, facilitate the provision of quality legal services to the public, and assist attorneys in the professional practice of law.
The affairs of the Wyoming State Bar are managed and directed by the Board of Commissioners consisting of four (4) officers of the Bar and the immediate past-president, all of whom are members-at-large of the board, and nine (9) members from Wyoming’s Judicial Districts.
Wyoming lawyers are required to continue their legal education throughout their careers. Mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) is a Wyoming Supreme Court requirement (15 hours/2 ethics per calendar year).
